Service is something to be desired
I visited this Braums location on Aug 4 2025. It was dirty and had a very unprofessional culture. I like Braums, this Braums is a mess. I questioned the sanitation and lost my appetite. I left the food on the counter without taking a bite. I contacted Braums customer service. The regional manager called and was pleasant. He said he would have the manager put a refund in an envelope for my meal. If that had happened that would have been the end and I wouldn’t have written this review. U can eat fast food and and ice cream here but also get groceries...milk bread butter cheese even fruits and veggies
