Horrible customer service-ask the kid at the drive-through window for an extra cups of my kids so she did not spill her ice cream all over the car and he told me no. That’s why I go to Dairy Queen
There were 9 employees working. One in the market area and 8 in the kitchen and ice cream areas. Only ONE had on a mask and only THREE with gloves. To compound this blatant example of NOT being responsible was the fact that two gals serving ice cream without gloves were also running the cash register and dealing with money. WHAT IS UP WITH THAT BRAUMS? I AM SO DISAPPOINTED IN YOU!!!!!

I went in tonight. I ordered a cheeseburger, a bowl of chili and a hot chocolate milk shake. I was then told that you are out of chili and hot chocolate ice cream. The coldest night of the year and no one thought ahead to make more chili? Your holiday flavor ice creams are advertised not only on the window but also on the ice cream counter. I guess I missed the small print that said "just kidding"
I love the ice cream, I'd give five stars, and love it even more if we have some stores in the Houston area, I have to travel up north to have some. It's not fair, I think there is a Braums on every exit on OK.
Braums in Ennis needs to retrain there staff. They are rude and they make sloppy food and ice cream. The past orders have been a disapponitment. The ice cream suppose to be something you want to enjoy and not something that is half ass made.
Worst experience! Service was terrible!! The whole store is grossly dirty! They were out of everything.. well.. possibly.. when you ask if they have more of a certain ice creams, they just say I don't think so and that's it.. they won't even go look. Will never go back.
I really used to like this place. The prices have gone up and the quality and service took a nose dive. It is astonishingly bad.
