These guys are not reliable at all. They make all kinds of promises, especially their PEI guy, and no follow through. Try reaching somebody else - even though it’s a big company, Moncton office is no better. What I don’t understand is, if you can’t do the job, just say so. Don’t keep customers hanging on, calling repeatedly, texting….it’s just disrespectful. I wish I had something good to say about other roofers in PEI, unfortunately, I have had the same level of “service” from others as well.

Brault stands out as a contrasting difference to its competitive market, they have the technology to provide transparency, provided tiered options and ultimately allowed me to decide what works best with my budget/planning. The project was completed on schedule and a very sophisticated, intricate, post project report was provided. Impressed from start to finish. Thank You Again!
