As always my visit was was most satisfactory.
He is a great Doctor, but the waiting over an hour after arriving for the appointment is super annoying. They need to stop booking numerous Patients for the same time slot.
Great experience, the doctor actually listened to my concerns and asked me if there was anything else I wanted to discuss. You don’t find that at all lot of doctors office these days. And his nurse was very pleasant.
Dr. Flores is great – caring and attentive. Everyone in the office is nice. The TV in the waiting room was kept turned off, which was a blessing. *But* this was the second time in a row that I had to wait almost 90 minutes before being seen. There’s something not right with the way appointments are scheduled. I haven’t had this happen at other doctors’ offices. Hope it can get fixed.
Takes time with you shows he has compassion. Front desk staff is great too
