I brought my son to see Dr. Flores for annual ck up. The office visit went well. When I received the bloodwork results on the patient portal, I noticed some were abnormal. This bloodwork was done end of May. I called the office and left a message 5xs for a return call- as I was promised everytime i would get a call back and have results explained.
