I have only good things to say about Bluhm & Co!! Whenever I have had something needing repair they address it within a day and fix it promptly! Marshall has been my go-to and he is so nice and easy to work with! Definitely recommend this business 100% !
Only good experiences with Bratty! I rented a property through them, and they have always been responsive and professional with anything that popped up. They would respond to any services quickly. Upon moving out, they were clear about what was needed. Our unit had carpet, so we did the carpet cleaning ourselves and sent them a receipt. I have been working with Bratty and Bluhm for years and they have always done a great job with my properties. As challenges occur, they always bring thoughtful and reasonable solutions and then execute on them effectively. It has made me enjoy owning real estate again. I have enjoyed working with them over the years and look forward to many more with them. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a management company.
