Only good experiences with Bratty! I rented a property through them, and they have always been responsive and professional with anything that popped up. They would respond to any services quickly. Upon moving out, they were clear about what was needed. Our unit had carpet, so we did the carpet cleaning ourselves and sent them a receipt. I think this is a pretty transparent way to avoid overcharging tenants on move out things. I have been working with Bratty and Bluhm for years and they have always done a great job with my properties. As challenges occur, they always bring thoughtful and reasonable solutions and then execute on them effectively. It has made me enjoy owning real estate again.
