To begin, I had a bone spur removed from my large toe on my right foot. I wore the boot for approximately 6 weeks. By walking on my heel, I injured my ankle, and was unable to do my daily walks. After attending several weeks of therapy here, all of the swelling and pain is completely gone and I’m able to resume my walking. I can even do my jumping-jacks without any swelling.
