Terrible builder. Don’t use them!
This is my third TM home and I must say I love my home and neighbors. I struck gold on my street. Where my concern lies is the "one year warranty" which has been the bane of my existence. I advise everyone prior to close to get the "common reasons for warranty declines" pdf prior to closing and final walk through. At the final walk through document everything as when they say they will make it right, they don't. Great community and location. Builders, project managers, and Lisa have all been wonderful and down to earth. House build quality has been great! Phase 3(final) is almost complete!
So far the yards are built to be swamps, the wiring in the home is beyond faulty and nonexistent, leaks in showers due to incomplete caulking, creaky floors and mismatched colored cabinets. Taylor Morrison quality is subpar and unbelievably disappointing.
