I give it a 1-star since that's the only way I can submit my review.. I have been trying since July 2021 to get my deposit returned since the work has not been initiated. I have sent letters, emails, and called. I contacted the BBB and the company did not respond to them. Promises and excuses made in regards to my request and it's now October 2021 and I still have not received my refund. I am at wits ended and my stress level is through the roof. This situation is not helping this disabled veteran, who suffers from PTSD.
