I recently was discharged from the Brattleboro retreat. I am leaving a one star review SPECIFICALLY about Dr. Zucker. He is a psychiatrist at the retreat. On our first video chat he was extremely rude and disrespectful. I asked to see a different psychiatrist and was denied. I went there twice as a teenager It was not only creepy but the staff and clients were rude and disrespectful and staff did nothing to help… I remember getting thrown in rooms, watched shower to make sure I didn’t do anything to harm myself, and when my mom visited finally she refused to hug me even look at me because she saw me. They said they don't work with my insurance because the company doesn't like to reimburse them, and proceeded to give me a "good faith estimate" that was 5 times higher than any other place i've been. I found your problem, and it's you.
