Poor patient care.
This review is for Dr. Germano specifically. I went in today with a bad laceration on my hand that needed stitches. He let me in on a little secret that it was his first day on the job after moving here, and he was feeling the nerves. Regardless, he was warm and funny and did a beautiful job stitching me up while putting me totally at ease. ER doctors can have a bad reputation of being cold and clinical but he was really wonderful. I think he’ll be a great addition! I hope someone could personally pass this along 🙏🏼
I’ve been to hospitals in several different states, and I can say this is the worst I’ve ever been in. Rude staff, rude doctors that don’t do anything but medicate you and send you out the door. My husband came in by ambulance with severe back pain, having trouble breathing and couldn’t walk and he sit in the lobby on a stretcher for hours, never got x-rays or any kind of tests at all.
