I’ve been to hospitals in several different states, and I can say this is the worst I’ve ever been in. Rude staff, rude doctors that don’t do anything but medicate you and send you out the door. My husband came in by ambulance with severe back pain, having trouble breathing and couldn’t walk and he sit in the lobby on a stretcher for hours, never got x-rays or any kind of tests at all. tried to call to make an appointment but got a spam line instead with their actually phone number. Went on and on without connecting to the actually hospital staff. pretty scary.

I had an exceptional experience at BMH Emergency Room, where the medical professionals demonstrated remarkable efficiency, expertise, and compassion. They swiftly helped my boyfriend's condition and involved us in the treatment decision-making process, providing a sense of security during a stressful time.
