So money hungry and shortsighted they'll give up the chance to make some extra money in order to try and make all of the extra money. Sold a car with battery issues and suddenly lost the ability to answer the phone. But those advertisement spam calls will sure come through as scheduled until you tell them to stop.
I was blown away by the service at Ford Monadnock, I have been looking into a new car for a while Matt Barroso got me into a car that was exactly what I was looking for. His customer service is unmatched in this industry!!
Matt Barroso was amazing! He was easy to talk to, professional and patient about every little question I had. As i live substantially far from the dealership we did most of the transaction over the phone and email. Car broke down on a ski trip along I-91 very early on a Sunday morning and was towed to Monadnock Ford. Obviously, no one there at that time so left a note and my keys. All of my dealings with the Monadnock Service Dept were over the phone since I'm wasnt nearby, and the folks I talked to were helpful, friendly, and accommodating. Everything was fixed and ready as promised and picked up my car a few days later.
BEWARE!!!!! NOTHING BUT A NIGHTMARE. I HAD MY CAR BROUGHT HERE BY TOW AS IT WAS OUR ONLY VEHICLE, FOR ROUTINE MAINTENANCE AT 150K MILES (WATER PUMP, TIMING BELT, AND VALVE COVER GASKET). I WAS QUOTED ABOUT $2200 AND IT WOULD TAKE ABOUT 2 DAYS. THE DAY IT WAS BROUGHT IN GOT THE NORMAL CALL STATING WHAT WORK WAS GOING TO BE PERFORMED.
