Our experience here was stress-free and very helpful. Our salesperson, Caleb, was knowledgeable and friendly. No pressure! And Teddy (in finance) was great to work with. My husband, who has purchased many cars and who is quite knowledgeable about finance, said Teddy was the best he has ever worked with. No pressure and he knew what he was talking about. Prior to having the service performed, I had been discussing the suspension concerns and what I wanted for suspension upgrade with the parts manager Jon H for past couple months. He was extremely helpful and told me that they had done this level work with Cognito parts and fox 2.5 shocks many times in the past with good results. Service department was very professional and helpful and completed the work on schedule, and put their best tech on it.

Kyle Ferriter and team were great! He got me right in and they took care of my truck’s needs quickly. The waiting room was comfy. Snacks would’ve been nice. I will definitely be back and look forward to working with Kyle in the future.
