Outstanding experience at Brattleboro Auto Mall! From start to finish, the service was smooth, honest, and stress-free. Caleb was incredibly knowledgeable, responsive, and made sure everything was handled quickly and clearly. Kevin went above and beyond to ensure the entire process was seamless and that I felt confident every step of the way. You can tell they genuinely care about their customers. I like auto mall, however. When i purchased my vehicle, i had asked about the "carfax". I was told many things, expecially told an undercoat was added to prevent rust... i recently decided to check my carfax for myself, and unfortunately almost everything i was told about my "carfax" upon purchasing was not true... and their was certainly never an undercoat added.... oh well
We can't say enough about our experience with Auto Mall we have bought many vehicles here and will continue to! Although Kaleb A is new he did an awesome job with us he was very personable and already takes great pride in his work and I know he is going to do great in the future. The finance team worked with us and we were able to get the payment on our 2026 Chevrolet Traverse where we needed it to be! Thank you all again!
Every Time I go there, Mostly just for a oil change, They always "find something" wrong with the Car. I don't know why that is, I have an Idea. But I won't say anymore.
