Excellent experience. We went in with a specific car in mind. We were looking for a second vehicle, so it would be used. John said he would get the car ready for a test drive. He came back and said, no he wouldn’t sell us the car. It had a shutter, and wouldn’t want us to get this. He didn’t try to sell us anything else. Refreshing. My wife asked about another used brand. Poor dealership. They don’t stand behind what they say. Poor sales and service.
Everyone is very kind and accommodating. Great communication. Easy purchase within my tight timeframe. I will be back for service - even though they are an hour away. Looking forward to a long working relationship with this team.
No pressure and a lot of info given as well as the offer to drop in if I had questions about my new EV. It was all very easy and my new car was given the works before i picked it up.
"My" guy Kyle takes such good care of my Trax. He never just does his job nope Kyle goes above & beyond making sure these complex vehicles are safe. Hes so pleasant charming & handsome, why isn't Kyle the star of the tv ads? Honestly the service dept is the best. Work is done so quickly & professionally! The waiting room is always clean too. Please give Kyle a raise, he explains everything to you in an understandable way, always has the answer to my questions. I really enjoy doing business w/the service dept.
