I had an excellent experience at Auto Mall for my oil change. Jeremy was fantastic—he went above and beyond by taking me back into the shop to meet Frank, the technician. Frank actually showed me where my truck has a small oil leak and explained the situation in a way that was easy to understand. I really appreciated the transparency and the time they took to make sure I was informed rather than just handing me a bill. Truly great service from a team that clearly cares about their customers.
