Having purchased 3 vehicles from the Auto Mall in the past I reached out on a truck that I was interested in. Initial contact was great, I got a phone call almost immediately after I inquired online. The service rep was delightful to interact with and the service itself was speedy and thorough.
I recently bought a van from this dealership and although there were a few issues with the transaction the owner stepped up and did the right thing by me. It was so nice to see the owner of business especially a car dealership step up and make it right without question! It is never about if errors are made when purchasing a vehicle but it's all about how the issue is fixed in the end that matters.
