No pressure and a lot of info given as well as the offer to drop in if I had questions about my new EV. It was all very easy and my new car was given the works before i picked it up.
"My" guy Kyle takes such good care of my Trax. He never just does his job nope Kyle goes above & beyond making sure these complex vehicles are safe. Hes so pleasant charming & handsome, why isn't Kyle the star of the tv ads? Honestly the service dept is the best. Work is done so quickly & professionally! The waiting room is always clean too. Please give Kyle a raise, he explains everything to you in an understandable way, always has the answer to my questions. I really enjoy doing business w/the service dept.
Contacted our sales guy and told him what I was looking for and he found a few options that would fit. Shane Greene worked endlessly to get me into the truck I wanted.
My 1015 yukon blew up on family vacation and they got into a 2022 2400hd right away! Great people!!!! I highly recommend
