I have been going to BSO for 20 years and I can't imagine going anywhere else. I've been told I eat my brussel sprouts during my retinal scan, when my far/near sight dramatically changed Dr. Phillips works through multiple contact trials to ensure I could keep skiing safely, and don't even get me started on their frame selection! Almost better than going to the salon...beautiful choices and incredible advice from everyone. Thank you!
Great visit! I usually avoid going to the doctors due to malicious health insurance practices. However, my visit to this optometrist was very transparent and informative. I greatly appreciated the communication that the lady at the front desk gave me about my coverage. Dr Phillips was great as well, I can finally wear contacts again!
My son purchased a pair of glasses on January 15th for $500.00 he was told they would be ready in 10 days. He has made multiple phone calls to the company and still 21 days later no return call, no explanation. If we had received a call telling us there was a delay or giving some sort of explanation we would completely understand However, that is not the case, no response, no explanation. Buyer beware.
Probably the best eye exam I have ever had. I felt listened to, understood, and truly treated. The staff were super friendly and respectful of my wants and needs.
