If you have a home warranty and get assigned Braswell Water Systems- proceed with caution. We got a serious run around and outright lies from them . We have a well pump issue, the gauge was replaced, which revealed a problem with well. We have American Home Shield and my contract covers well pumps not wells. The technician stated that he cancelled the service this weekend with AHS when he first came to look at the well pump after he left and I would have to pay for it out of pocket. - this is lie number 1 - AHS has no record... read more
