Bill B******* was recommended by a neighbor, so we trusted his verbal quote. He replaced our shower valve, and said he'd install a shower head and handle. Not only did he not give us a shower handle, but he billed us 60% higher than his quote. When I called on him, he kept calling me "dear" while refuting his verbal quote, and said he didn't remember quoting us that price. Needless to say: we'll never use him again!

Bill has always done a great job for us. He comes when he says he will. Last time he couldn't fix our problem, but recommended a vendor. He charged us nothing and his recommendation fixed our clogged pipe.

Told me he would be here Friday or Saturday but showed early on Thursday which was much appreciated. He had a frost-free garden hose faucet right on his truck. Online those sell for $50. His price installed was $145 which was quite reasonable for the time he spent in my cramped crawl space lugging around LP. Probably was 1.5 hrs on site. I often do my own plumbing work and understand how much time is saved by not making multiple trips to the store for parts etc. Would recommend.

Very arrogant. Will show up when he wants not when you need him, if at all. Be prepared for high rates. Quality of work is not excellent either.
