Great place to stay. Here on business from September to November. Chandmi has been a great help to me, helping me out on the computer and printer down stairs.and the staff at the dining servers are friendly.
This is a conveniently located hotel for doing business at Fort Hood. The facilities are fine and the staff was very friendly. Particularly helpful was the lady serving breakfast - she was very concerned I had enough food and drink to enjoy my breakfast and she had a great outlook.

My wife and I stayed at Shilo towards the end of August and their hospitality never let us down! There was a new girl at the desk working with a gentleman. Devon and Hailey I think were their names, also the manager Jacqueline was fantastic! So warm and welcoming! The breakfast in the morning was great! Immediately upon entry into this hotel you are warmly greeted and helped from beginning to end. I am staying here for an entire week and so far so good.
Although there were a lot of people, it was still a peaceful stay. The breakfast are was busy but their good is great. I did not use the pool or other amenities. I did use the conference and all the staff and was very attentive.
I want to commend Amanda our mixologist. She went above and beyond to accommodate our special requests at the hotel bar. She is personable and professional. Amanda is an asset to the IHG brand. I also want to commend Stacy at the front reception. She was helpful and made some helpful suggestions for our vacation. Thank you so very much!
I arrived at the hotel yesterday and from the time I got there, the customer service was excellent. Front desk clerk Rachel took care of all my needs, including finding a room for me to check in early. My room was clean and my day there was great.
Great hotel! Clean rooms, comfortable beds very hospitable.
