If only I could give negative stars. My experience with Brass Tacks and its owner, Angela, was deeply disappointing and something I feel obligated to warn others about. I paid a $7,650 upfront deposit as instructed in order to coordinate an intervention for my mom - something I was told needed to happen “immediately” because she was at her rock bottom.
