I visited Brass Knuckles Auto-Shop to have four tires installed, one of which I had already paid for in advance. Unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing. I was overcharged, and the staff member I dealt with was rude and disrespectful throughout the process. The location itself is also in a rough area, which only added to the discomfort.
