Extremely poor management of contractors. No on site oversight of work, which is often inferior. No response to repeated owners' requests for information and for repairs. Hazardous conditions on site are not addressed.
Brass Key fails to properly manage subcontractors in the performance of their contracts. Brass Key fails to follow-up on HOA member complaints. I would not recommend Brass Key!
