I don’t usually write reviews, but I am this time. I will NOT be taking my dogs back to the Brass Hydrant. Typically they have their drop off time, 7:30-9:00 am, and in a couple of hours they have your dogs groomed. I dropped off my mom’s Pomeranian on Thursday (05/21/2020) around 8:30 am. The owner asked what was being done and I told her she just needed a haircut. She advised they would cut it short, because her hair was starting to get “matty” but would leave about an inch of hair (which I was okay with). I waited until 3... read more
RecommendedI take my pooch here to get groomed, the sweetest kindest gal always helps me. and they treat Hank (pooch) with love like he was there own. I seriously seriously recommend this place for grooming!
I brought my fearful doggie here for nail clips. They are amazing with her ❤️
Not letting an owner know that their fur baby has been improperly groomed and basically "nicked" off a chunk of their fur. Claiming that they were distracted while grooming because another dog was barking, the phone was ringing, etc. doesn't put the fur back on the dog who got the worst grooming job in her 13 years of life. They do a fantastic job of grooming plus they take great care of giving your dog some love while there in there care. We drive 370 miles from ND. just to have them groomed. We have two little Pomerians. I highly recommend them.
I love this groomer!! They are so friendly and my dogs LOVE going there! Just picked them up this afternoon and they weren’t even worked up from being away from me all day! My dogs are truly part of the family and I trust this groomer with them 💯!! Thanks for the great service and extremely reasonable prices!
