I've purchased from Brass Handle for both new construction and remodels. Staff has been very helpful ensuring I get correct handing and specifications for door hardware. Even when looking for fixtures for an out-of-state remodel, I opted to work with Jonathan because I knew he was thorough and would make sure I could get what I wanted in the time frame I needed it.

As an addendum to my one-star review below, I wanted to revise based on a meeting held this morning with the new owner of Brass Handle...David Melanson. David is an out-of-state owner, and is a very nice guy. I reached out to him as one business owner to another. I didn't meet with David to "go above anyone's head", or ask him to do something. We have waited patiently (for months) for out-of-stock handles to come in that they claim "have a two week lead time". We have dealt with issues where the wrong products were (finally) delivered, and then we wait again. The final straw was drawn when we changed our mind and went to return (12) $9.00 handles (because we upgraded to $15.00 handles... read more

When you place an order make sure they tell you the delivery date, including back orders. I was told the items I ordered would ship within the next week; 8 of the 10 items I ordered came in within a couple of days, the balance of the order is still on back order, 7 weeks so far, and I'm being told they should ship sometime in the next 4-6 weeks, potential 12 - 14 weeks total. There was no notice of a back order from The Brass Handle so I could have ordered something else.
