As a business owner, I am extremely dissatisfied with this company. I had 3 decent orders with them, and all had problems. I should have seen issues with this company from the start. My most recent order, from just over a year is having severe finish issues and they are not covering it suggesting it is no longer covered under warranty. We are beyond that by just 2-3 months even though I began my inquiry 2 weeks after their so called warranty. I purchase a mail slot and after installing I noticed that the flap doesn’t fully close leave air gaps. Being in MN I had to stuff the slot cavity with insulation this winter because of how much cold air the flap’s gaps allowed to pass through. Now with warmer weather coming the gaps will allow ants and other insects to get inside the house. I’m not sure if the slot I received is defective or just poorly designed.
