I cannot recommend Brasi Automotive Repair enough. ‼️‼️‼️ I’ve brought my car here multiple times for different services including coil and spark plug repairs, transmission oil changes, and general check-ups, and every single experience has been outstanding. I would not recommend this unprofessional establishment where they rob you and damage your equipment.
Got my exhaust worked here. Worst experience of my life. Halfway into my exhaust system, they told me to test drive it. When I got back another car was on the lift. Brasi's employee said sorry "this just came up". I had to come back the next day. I live in Eugene so the drive isn't close. They tried charging me 650 just to cut my resonators, mufflers and add new mufflers with tips. I thought that was outrageous. I only paid him 550. Michael and Gabe were very friendly, helpful and thorough with a pre-purchase inspection. The time they took to do it showed they are honest and know their stuff. We highly recommend them.
