Very thankful for Braselton Urgent Care! I was in and out in under an hour today. And that was after booking a last minute appointment! These physicians really care about their patients. They listen to the symptoms and determine a course of action that is best for the patient. As one who tries to go the natural route, I feel respected and heard. All in all, I’ve been here 4 times now and each visit has been wonderful!
This used to be our "go to" place for all things urgent, the providers were wonderful, the staff was always kind, it was a vibe... Let me just say, I will NOT be going back. When I arrived, I was asked to sign a credit card authorization form before being seen, when I asked if it was necessary I was told "it's just policy" but it was required if I wanted to be seen. While being seen, I was told I needed a chest x-ray and it is now an extra cost, even though my copay was collected when I checked in. With my max out of pocket ... read more
