Very helpful and exceptional product knowledge and customer service.
They hard the part I wanted but it was significantly more expensive than the same part was online. More than double.
Great, knowledgeable staff both times we have been in. Gave us a full run through on how to use and service our new mower and filled it with oil and fuel to make sure it worked as expected prior to letting us take it home. Excellent service, thank you.
Walked in, stood in front of a hru216 ready to buy. Waited for 20 mins waiting for someone, but no sign of life. Checked the front counter where a girl waved at me to come to her....I walked out and went to mower city where I was greeted and looked after. Left with a bush ranger. 3 stars as I never really experienced anything, maybe I came on a bad day who knows but missed out on an easy sale that's for sure.
