I just had my Honda 4500W Inverter generator service by Braschs. I rang last week to organise pickup (Friday). Pete turned up on time and then had it back to me today (Wednesday). It was checked and serviced now ready for the cyclone season. Great service.
Posting on behalf of a friend who isn't great with technology. He rang Brasch's to enquire about some cox mower parts as they have recently taken over cox mowers. He said the lady on the phone was very rude and aggressive. He had the mower serial number and other necessary information that was needed but the lady on the phone spoke to him as though he was clueless. Will not ever be buying anything from Bracsch's.
Very funny these guys are a joke they haven’t got a clue and as for service there is none spent over $200 and needed a bolt undone and the young guy told me I need to book in min $50 for half a hour went to the servo and the gentleman used his bolts gun and did on the spot for free took 2 seconds they are useless I won’t be returning
Go bunnings next time. These guys can’t even fix which in still under warranty. And just told me that my whipper snipper not working because i used old oil
