Friendly service The technician called to inform me that he was running late due to 5 o'clock traffic. I really appreciated that he respected my time. When he got to my house, he offered to take off his shoes, which rarely happens with technicians! He was very friendly and knowledgeable. I was offered other services, but didn't feel pressured to buy anything. I will use again for future service needs and will recommend to family and friends.
Excellent Very friendly, knowledgeable and professional installation. Shane and James showed up when they said they would, did the work quickly and professionally and were very friendly and cordial. Any questions were answered and job was completed on time. I would recommend Brasch to anyone and everyone. Best price in town and GREAT service.
100% satisfied I called Brasch to replace my furnace, I had several companys come out to give me a bid he was the lowest bid for the same furnace. They also will bend over backwards to satisify there customers. Very friendly and when they say they will be there, they are there. Quality of work is excellent. I myself perfer a smaller company because when you call you get a actual person to talk too not a computer and the price is right as well. I give the 6 stars out of 5.
Great Honest Service When calling Brasch I had water coming out of my furnace system. They responded very quickly. Once on site they identified the problem, fixed it, and walked me through many items of furnace maintenance that no other company had pointed out to me previously. They were extremely honest and found ways to save me money. I highly recommend Brasch to anyone needing maintenance, repair or replacement.
