I had my dress altered and it was AWFUL, then I took it back to give them another shot and it was AWFUL again. You can see the cups in my dress are SO uneven. When I called for a refund they refused and cussed at us, VERY RUDE. Said it was my fault because I did not tell her my wedding was outside. Absolutely RIDICULOUS!
This was our first time using these sweet ladies. We are so impressed. Great communication through this Covid mess. We had our prom dress fitting today and it was perfect. On the FIRST try. That has never happened to us. I think we find a new alteration home. Thank you ladies!!! ♥️
When doing alterations actually "do" them and not charge a different higher price than was quoted for doing nothing.
Very nice and the fitting was very quick and she ordered a couple different ones with different cup sizes. She did a perfect job and the bra is so comfortable. It's nice to have a bra that fits the way it should
I do not buy my bras anywhere else. They ABSOLUTELY have the best bras.
This is the only store close to home that carries my bra size! She went above and beyond to make sure I found a bra that fit right!
