HORRIBLE!!! they schedule at a certain time, tell you to show up like 15 minutes early, HAVE YOU WAIT THOSE 15 MINUTES and then 30 MINUTES MOREEE after your SCHEDULED appointment time. do better. Im already 8 months pregnant and cant be sitting long. All this sotting a waiting for a dumb appointment that will last like 5 minutes or more if they decide to send a student in the just practice on you for 10 before the real thing. Front desk very unprofessional, they do not do follow up appointment reminders so please write everything in your smart phone calendar..nothing but the waiting game here...
I was so excited to see my baby and know that everything was okay, but honestly, I left disappointed. Only one nurse at reception was kind; the others looked at you like you were some kind of freak. The doctor who did the ultrasound just came in, said hello, and started the scan. It was very rough, and it hurt a lot when she moved the machine over my belly. She never said anything about my baby. The front desk, nursing and ultrasound staff are awesome. Everyone is so friendly and helpful.. this makes a big difference in your pregnancy experience if you have to come here for several visits. I’ve only met with Dr. Brar once, he is pretty straight and to the point. Cash or check is a little inconvenient but it’s not the biggest issue in the world. I would recommend this office.
