They barely gave me any information at all. I'm going to have to do my own research to get my questions answered. Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. I feel like my appointment was pointless. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left. Was this provider's office too loud? Not at all, it was very peaceful and quiet Has this provider ever cancelled your appointment on you last minute? Never, they are very reliable. Was this provider's staff friendly? Yes Was there annoying music playing while you waited or during your visit? No, there was no annoying music Does this provider maintain a professional appearance? Yes, he/she looked very professional

I was really impressed with how advanced and sophisticated their equipment was. Everything was so new and well taken care of it practically sparkled. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time. They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary.

I wasn't greeted at all when I entered their office. I could tell they noticed I walked in, but they still didn't acknowledge me. I had the hardest time finding their office, and I usually have a good sense of direction. They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional. I felt very rushed. They barely spent two minutes with me and almost completely ignored me.
