Truly a top notch vet and staff. I have always dealt with Dr Stephanie over the last 7 years. She seems to understand large dogs like my mastiff and will make every effort to comfort my dog when feeling nervous during an exam, xray, etc. She explains things very well and genuinely seems to enjoy her job and the interactions with my dog.
Knowledgeable and friendly staff.
My cat had gotten into my dog’s flea medicine and I called looking for help on the next step. My vet wasn’t open yet so I figured I could call another, wrong. Unless you’ve been to this vet, they won’t help you even by recommending animal poison control which is all I needed. Thank you for being so dense to not give me a phone number to help my baby.
Called to schedule appointment and they needed to call back after the receptionist looked over some dates, which I can understand. We never received a call back. Very unprofessional!
