I’m very disappointed with the quality and oversight on my new home. During inspection, it was discovered that the builder used the wrong size lintel over the garage door, which is a clear building code violation and a serious structural concern. This mistake could affect the stability of the brickwork and the overall integrity of the garage opening. Branthaven Luxury Homes ... more like Branthaven Homes - We only strive to meet the minimum requirement as per the CPG Homes. Let's start with the Purchase and Design Center - No issues at all, it was great. Now, the construction of the home - what a joke.
