I purchased a new condo build as an investment from Branthaven. Due to the market changes, I ended up moving my family into the condo. You can imagine how apprehending this would be with a family of two kids and two dogs. That said, all of our fears have been addressed and met head on. Absolutely speechless how beautiful this building is, Rhonda was very helpful and went beyond and above to make sure everything was perfect.
This is how Branthaven installs ERVs. Couldn’t be bothered to remove the manufacturers plastic film completely blocking air intake, or attach the opening to the exhaust compartment. Lazy and shotty workmanship across the board. How did this even pass an inspection?
Do not even think to Buy from this builder ! They are struggling with project financing for various location. Very unprofessional personal experience from sales team to management level as a realtor. BEWARE
