I’m very disappointed with how this home builder treats customers. They don’t treat everyone fairly and seem to give different treatment to different home owners. Some customers have even been made to sign NDAs, which feels wrong and unfair. Homeowners deserve transparency and equal treatment, not silence agreements to hide issues. I Bought A Condo In Branthaven’s Upper West Side 2 When It First Launched And Was So Excited To Become A Homeowner. Unfortunately, That Excitement Quickly Turned Into Disappointment. From The Moment I Moved In, It’s Been Issue After Issue — Scratches, Chips, Poor Finishes, And Rushed Work Everywhere. As far as the quality and esthetics of the TH, no builder compares to Branthaven . in the past what i had to pay extra for upgrades - is considered standard in Branthaven homes. I am very disappointed with the quality of my newly built home. Within a short time of moving in, mould started appearing on the garage door, which is completely unacceptable for a brand-new property. This not only affects the appearance but also raises concerns about the overall construction quality and durability.
