I had a great experience with the service centre at Brantford Nissan. Breanna was so friendly and professional. And the team really stepped up to get the needed part a day sooner and get me back in my car quickly. I really appreciate the excellent customer service!
While their sales people are very nice and understanding Nissan management and services are rude and not trust worthy. Will never buy another Nissan as I bought a brand new car and had issues a month later and got the run around trying to get it solved. It took 2 months to get parts for my new car which worries me down the road if something else fails.
Just got a new vehicle, what a great experience! Mike was absolutely amazing! He was knowledgeable and informative without pressure.Eric was also great to deal with for financing! I highly recommend Brantford Nissan!!
Back to our favorite Nissan dealership for our 5th Nissan car! First a Juke...then our 2 Qashqai's...then a Kicks! And at long last a Rogue!!!!!
