I seriously don't understand how people derive joy in coming online to write rubbish about the healthcare workers here who are doing their best out of a limited resources available to them. It's unfortunate that the majority of people expect the ER to be exactly as depicted on TV, where 9 nurses are all over 1 patient and 6 doctors surround the same patients discussing why the patient' s having arrhythmias.
