Surprisingly incompetent, after dealing with a terribly sick child for three years now and seeing no improvement whatsoever the only comment provided a couple weeks after we already observed the results was “These results are significantly below expectations.” Literally no further action plan, recommendations, and no words of comfort. Debated writing this review because it is extremely difficult to get an appointment with Dr. Ward. He not only is a brilliant physician but a really nice person. In today's world it is not easy to find a doctor with those two qualities. I've never seen a doctor who knew more about the immune system & through the years my son has seen over 10 allergist/ immunologist.
