Dr Koenig is a very thorough doctor.He was able to explain my back issues to me in a way that I could actually understand it, and actually cares about fixing the problem, instead of treating me like a customer, he actually was friendly and treated me like a human being and I appreciate that. Thank you!
The office is chaotic and communication with staff is difficult. My bill and my son’s bills were/are inaccurate. It took months to straighten mine out. My son’s bill is still inaccurate. I know we’re not the only patients with inaccurate billing statements or billing problems because I’ve witnessed other patients telling the front desk staff that their statement bill showed they owed PMO when they had paid in full.
