My car wasn't running right and Robert done my diagnosis and repair. He was efficient with his time and fixed my car before the day was over. They communicated with me throughout the process and informed me of different options regarding the repair. I'm highly satisfied they were able to get my car back functioning properly. Sarah, front desk lady, was very kind and helped me with facilitating the whole process. Highly recommend them and will do further business in the future.
Nothing but positive things to say. I was out of town and my son’s car broke down on side of road. We don’t live in Springfield, so I had no clue to reach out to fix the car. I called and spoke to the nicest lady who quickly got a tow truck and they had my son’s car at their shop within 1.5 hours. They later called me that day and told me what was wrong and had the car ready for pickup the next day. Highly recommend!
