Arrived at scheduled time , performed the task efficiently , no mess left behind, was courteous . We were very pleased with the experience .
Joe was great - diagnosed the issue very quickly efficiently and fixed everything - would highly recommend Brant Electric without hesitation.
At around 4:10pm October 16th, 2025 a Brant Electric company truck nearly hit a young man on a bike on Drury Lane, Burlington. The driver, an older white man, barely stop and immediately left the scene. I spoke to the guy afterwards after he got off the phone with the company’s receptionist that answered. She simply told him “ok.” after he recalled the event and refused to provide her name. Honestly, it’s beyond disappointing, it’s pathetic. What kind of people work for this company?!
The process was well explained. The timelines and the installation went as promised.
Matt arrived promptly and reviewed the issues we were concerned about. He gave excellent advice and we decided to proceed with two items. The work was done cleanly, efficiently and well within the proposed budget. My wife and I are delighted with Brant Electric's high standards. Their Graham's Lane location is close to us (we like supporting local.) Going forward, Brant Electric will be our preferred resource for when we require the services of a professional electrician.
