I’m highly recommended to bring your pet to this clinic if you need a new vet visit or for second opinion. I have recently visited the clinic due to needing information about treatments for cat Diabetes by using insulin Lantus injections. The doctor Hamad is so knowledgeable and helpful, he gave me very detailed instructions on how to inject insulin, when and where to inject to insure the accuracy does, to avoid hypoglycaemia; he also helped me using Alpha track 3 to check glucose, and how to check insulin curves; His assess... read more
I would not come here again. 2 hours for a cat ear cleaning service and an introductory visit is ridiculous. You guys should realize that if you yourself are aware it can take that long, while the person is just sitting waiting, you should at least inform them. On top of that they don’t even do the cleaning service in front of you, where’s the transparency? The owner should at least be able to see the service being done. Incredible staff and they are extremely thorough and responsive, especially during difficult times. They are so caring. I highly recommend this clinic.
The veterinarian was excellent and took great care of our dog. Everyone was friendly and professional, and I was very happy with the quality of care. The only issue I experienced was that one of the veterinary technicians a slim brunette girl whose name I don't no had a very strong body odor during my visit. It was noticeable enough to be distracting and unfortunately affected my overall experience. Other than that, I was very pleased with the clinic and the care my dog received.
