I had unexpected engine trouble while away from home at Bull Shoals. I made a random phone call and ended up speaking to Wendy. I brought the boat to their location and they were able to perform engine diagnostics immediately. Unfortunately, it ended up being a major repair, but they worked with Yamaha and I appreciate them helping a total stranger from another state.
