5 stars because Branson Tri Lakes was good to me. We struggled with bad renters and various other obstacles, so I eventually ended up selling the property and moving along. Even though I hadn’t maintained business with BTL, when I called them, they sent their repair service out to handle repairs and get the house ready. This was huge because I live multiple states away from the property and my hands were tied.
