Located just off the expressway in Branson, and within walking distance of the Mel Tillis Theatre and the Grand Palace, this hotel is a great place to stay while in town. The lobby is impressive, with sitting areas, a piano and grand chandeliers. All of the rooms are spacious, accessible from the interior hallways and beautifully decorated. You may choose either a room with two queen sized beds or a suite. In the rooms, you will have remote control televisions with HBO, an AM/FM clock radio and free local telephone calls.

The worst experience ever, the price was too good to be true considering it's fairly close to the landing, but turns out with the awesome price comes bedbugs, we planned to stay the weekend but quickly checked out and asked for a refund before we spent one nite in the filth, the nite staff didn't seem surprised at our complaint and said she couldn't refund us the money but would have her manager call the next day, the next day she called an the money was refunded. We have been going to this hotel sense the year it openned. We stay here every time we are in town. We have always been treated very well here and I would recomend this hotel to anyone. The employees are always really friendly and and go out of there way to help you with anything. Someone left the coment that this is not a best western anymore and they are right but the service we recieve is the best that anyone could ask for. its very clean and thats a great thing.
