Read this before you rent here. Pay a $100 extra and rent a condo unit instead of renting here. You will regret not reading this review. This building management has gone completely into the sewage. People working in the office don't understand basic English. More dogs live in this building than humans. Huge dog breeds. Hallways, elevators, and lobby are full of dog urine. This place is horrible. Building is run down and full of cockroaches. The people that manage this building have the most attitude. Esp the filipino ones in there. When they talk to you they’re not polite. The older filipino guy with white hair is super rude. When you tell him something is wrong with the unit he immediately gets defensive and he’s not approachable either. Do NOT rent here. I totally regret signing the lease here. The landlords don't do a good job in upkeeping the building. Hallway carpets are filthy and need to be changed. Building smells bad. There's a leak in the first floor ceiling over a year and they just keep permanent buckets to catch the water! Roaches over run the units and I've even seen some in the lobby! Complaining to the landlords about issues in your unit can result in them threatening to evict you! Every month so many people are moving out. Units are large and... read more
