People working in the office don't understand basic English. More dogs live in this building than humans. Huge dog breeds. Hallways, elevators, and lobby are full of dog urine. This place is horrible. Building is run down and full of cockroaches. The people that manage this building have the most attitude. Esp the filipino ones in there. When they talk to you they’re not polite. The older filipino guy with white hair is super rude. When you tell him something is wrong with the unit he immediately gets defensive and he’s not approachable either.
