Rude and arrogant people inside the office. This people dont know how to treat tenants. Too much cockroach, even newly sprayed. Almost every month there is power outage, and water problem. Heater in living rooms is barely heating. U need to buy portable heater. Overall: rude people, expensive rent, not recommendable!!! Bastos tangina nyo!
Read this before you rent here. Pay a $100 extra and rent a condo unit instead of renting here. You will regret not reading this review. This building management has gone completely into the sewage. People working in the office don't understand basic English. More dogs live in this building than humans. Huge dog breeds. Hallways, elevators, and lobby are full of dog urine.
