My visit to Branson Dental Center was perfect in every phase. A very professional group of people from start to finish. I would highly recommend them to anyone.
My semi-annual cleaning went well, however cleaning has always been paid by my Delta Insurance, but now I had to pay. I still have the same insurance. Evidently I got more than just a cleaning and it was coded as something other than cleaning????
My experience with Branson Dental is always consistently calm, easy, and welcoming. Everyone from when I walk in the door to when I leave is kind, efficient, and very professional. I recommend Branson Dental to all my family and friends.
Had Michelle as a hygienists today. She was great. You do need to be a PPO provider for Delta Dental.

While on vacation I developed a problem with a tooth. It was after hours and I was fortunate to get the after hours message service for Branson Dental Center. Kathy called me back shortly and was able to set up an appointment. The next day I went to their office. After I checked in Kathy came up to me and introduced herself. Friendly staff, thorough cleaning and exam. As a new patient, I was impressed. Calming atmosphere.A great experience!
Had an afternoon cleaning appointment scheduled. Office called in the morning to reschedule due to hygienist out sick. Rescheduled for a morning time that day and was seen on time by another hygienist. Impressive!!
