Management really cares for their tenants. They deserve a 5+ rating. Dena is helpful and caring!
I'm not exactly happy with how the tenants are treated. The "policies " are confusing. I've never known any place requiring you to show bank statements. Invasion of privacy much. Can't even put windchimes on the balcony.
