We went there and had a little misunderstanding and then Prescilla got back in touch with us and got it straightened out. We got in to look at the different units we were interested in seeing and believe we have found our next storage space. The unit is very clean and is better than any other storage unit we have stored our belongings in over the last 5 years. What others have said started out a little rough but Dre got it straight out. Good value for storage.
After trying to go through one above branson , and they have lots of them. I was ready to pull my hair out . Then, John yes a real person, yes someone to help me through. Yeah, it was so easy.I got everything I want.And at a cheaper price than I was finding up above Ozark, and they kept telling me it's my problem.I was doing it wrong. John is the #1 to call , thank you , you made my day.

After spending triple the money for a smaller size, I'm glad I finally found this place as it is worth the money. Great price, good size units, also enough room to maneuver vehicles. Ruth with customer service was so helpful and kind. She obviously knows her job as she was able to answer all my questions and offer some helpful assistance. Thanks Ruth!!! I Promise you will not be disappointed in this facility.
