This place is literally a joke. we lived in the 2 story town home in a middle unit. one neighbor sold and smoked pot out of her apartment (which the smell lingered in our unit constantly because of.) and the other neighbors were constantly arguing and the walls were so thin you could hear just about every word that was said and the office straight up didn't do anything about either if they even bothered to answer the phone. the "security gate" is a mirage to make you feel safe but entirely pointless and the chip card never w... read more

RecommendedI have been here for about 4 years now and the transition and process of moving here to NC from NY was so convenient and that was due to superb staff!!! During my stay here I can honestly say that there never been anything crazy or uncomfortable about living here. when I need something fixed it gets done immediately, the leasing office is very professional and easy to talk to. I highly recommend calling Branson Creek Commons your new home, quite calm and plenty of amenities.
Because is a nice place to live and is localized close to all what the people needs.
Worst living experience... decided to stay here for my first apartment and it seems like I’m living in the movie ‘Are We Done Yet’... I guess you get what you pay for and I’m very displeased with my decision moving here. Instead of fixing problems, they cover them and they are very quick to put an eviction notice on your door (even when work orders have not been filled) ...... THERE IS NO AC in these townhouses... perfect for winter living BUT very spacious apartment and quiet neighbors 💛
Everthing about this place was a lie. Iam so disappointed and sad that i was taking advantage of thats how i feel. i been here one week and one day and have been moved into two apartments. the fist one was roch investigation the second one was much better but Mickey mouse ran across my feet this morning so am soooooooooo done although the staff is great and helped me as mush as they could i just cant live like this. i just want my money back so i can find a place to live. roses is my favorite place and its in walking distanc... read more
