My hygienst Jennifer Housley and Dentist Dr Bacon where great!!! They are wonderful with my children. My children love coming to the dentist office. Love the environment and goodie bags.
I have been a patient of Branson Dental for over thirty years. Today, December 21, was my first visit with Dr. Alvarez. He was super! My technician prepped everything wonderfully, and Dr. Alvarez came in and explained what was going to happen today and what my options were if this did not work. He was very caring about my comfort and most genial. What a great addition to a strong team at Branson Dental. I was most pleased with my visit
I consistently find gracious, professional service every time I go there, from the person who greets me, to my hygenist to my dentist, to checkout. It is a pleasure to actually go to the dentist. BTW, Lori is always pleasant and efficient, but she went the extra mile yesterday to get me in today for a loose filling.
I have received excellent customer service. My visit to your office begins with a very welcoming entrance to highly professional dental care. Although going to the dentist may not be my favorite place to visit, your staff makes me feel very comfortable and have a pleasant experience.
Pam Carter always takes care of me and I have to say she makes it easy to go to the dentist. I never feel anxious or that I'm just a number. This past visit I was also seen by Dr. Quigg for final inspection and had a great experience with her as well. I love the atmosphere of the office and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend their services to anyone.
Love the environment, technicians, dentists. Have never met an employee who does not have a huge smile whenever I walk in the door! The care, attention to detail are all awesome. What more could anyone ask for!
Matt was, as usual, very accommidating and friendly. He explained everything so I understood and Dr. Bacon was informative as well. Diagnosed my problem and got me a prescription for the problem. Thanks for the great service.
She did an excellent job and was very thorough on cleaning my teeth. Kudos to her!
I always treated with a smiling face and caring people and people who want to make you comfortable each time that I go into our clinic
