Terrible builder. Not professional at all. They do not follow up with complaints nor hold themselves accountable for the quality of subcontractors they hire. We were told, we bought our home "as is", which is true, but it's a BRAND NEW HOUSE and should not have the types of problems it does, unless there is no quality control, which there isn't.
