I wouldnt even wish living here on my worst enemy, I'm convinced half of these reviews are fake because my building is infested with mold and roaches, my stove and oven has been broken for months, NONE of the baseboards are sealed and there are bugs living in the walls, management never answers the phone and I have emailed them all the issues with my unit and have not once had a maintenance man sent out here, in fact I'm not even sure if there is a maintenance man, I am just so sick of living here and cannot wait for my leas... read more

Charming property. Everyone is super friendly.
New property management has come in and made it more affordable! Located within 10 min of the Nashville airport and close to downtown Nashville. It is a great place to live!
