Used them to install our water heater and they did a great job. Tried to use them again to fix and install a faucet. Made 2 appointments over two weeks and noone ever showed up or called.

Two gentleman came over, knocked the issue out fast and well, rates are beyond fair. I highly recommend.
If I did not have to choose a star it would been 0. I own a business in Henderson and had them come out to pump the septic. They charged me $200 MORE on a normal business day than what a 24 hour emergency service was going to charge me to do the same job at 1am on Sunday morning. The "plumber" that came out messed with an electrical box and fried something and lost the electricity to the pump, ice cream freezer, and drink cooler.
